1. Style design drawing
The garment pattern, details (such as the neckline style), size ratio, etc. should be clearly presented to ensure that the design intention is correct.
2. Process Description sheet
Mark special techniques (such as printing and embroidery, water washing, splicing methods, etc.);
3. Material Requirements
Clearly specify the fabric material (such as cotton, silk, etc.), weight, color (color card number can be provided), and the specifications of accessories (such as buttons, trademarks, etc.);
4. Basic parameters
The quantity of customization (minimum order quantity/total number of pieces) and the target budget range facilitate our matching of the optimal production plan.
1. One-on-one demand communication
Sort out your core demands and answer your questions related to processes and materials;
2. Confirmation of the cooperation mode
Based on your requirements (such as whether design optimization is needed, whether after-sales guarantee is included, etc.), we will determine a customized cooperation plan.
3. Preliminary quotation
Based on material costs, process complexity and production quantity, provide a transparent and detailed quotation sheet (including details of all expenses).

1. Factory pattern making
Based on the design drawings and process sheets you provided, we will produce the first sample garment (focusing on the pattern and basic techniques).
2. Sample adjustment
If you provide any modification suggestions for the initial sample garment (such as adjustments to the width of the pattern or details of the craftsmanship), we will iteratively optimize it until it meets your expectations.
3. Sample sealing confirmation
After the final sample garment is accepted by you on-site or online, you need to sign for confirmation (or issue a written confirmation letter). This "sealed sample" will serve as the sole basis for subsequent bulk production and quality inspection, and neither party may make any unauthorized changes.
1. 1-2 pieces of "sealed clothes" signed and confirmed by you (you can keep 1 piece and the factory will keep 1 piece for comparison);
2. The accompanying "Sample Sealing Confirmation Form" (indicating the details of the sample garment and the acceptance criteria, and kept on file by both parties).

We strictly follow the "sample sealing" standards for mass production and conduct multi-stage quality inspections to ensure that the quality of bulk goods is consistent with that of the samples.
1. Material procurement
Purchase the corresponding fabrics and auxiliary materials in accordance with the "sealed sample" requirements. All materials need to be checked in advance against the "sealed sample" materials. Only after confirming there are no differences can they be put into production.
2. Scheduling production
Formulate a detailed production plan, clearly define the time nodes for each process (cutting, sewing, ironing, assembly), and ensure on-time delivery.
3. Process quality inspection
Set up 3 to 4 quality inspection nodes during the production process (such as checking the size after cutting, inspecting the process during sewing, and checking the appearance after ironing), and promptly remove non-conforming products.
4. Final quality inspection
After all the bulk goods are produced, 100% full inspection shall be carried out in accordance with the "sealed sample" standard (or random inspection shall be conducted in accordance with the agreed proportion, and the random inspection ratio needs to be confirmed in advance) to ensure that each product meets the acceptance requirements.
1.Mid-term quality inspection (optional)
It is possible to arrange a time to go to the factory or the designated location to spot-check semi-finished products/partial finished products to confirm whether the production progress and quality meet the standards.
2. Final inspection
After the quality inspection of the bulk goods is completed, you need to conduct the final acceptance according to the "sealed sample" standard. After confirming that there are no errors, sign the "Inspection Qualification Form".

1. Professional packaging
Package as per your requirements (such as independent dust-proof bags, reinforced cartons/wooden crates, affixing logistics labels, etc.) to prevent damage during transportation.
2. Logistics delivery
We will ship the goods according to the agreed logistics method (such as express delivery, dedicated line logistics, full truckload transportation, etc.), and provide the logistics tracking number simultaneously to facilitate your tracking of the goods' status.
3. Provision of documents
Relevant documents (such as delivery notes, packing lists, quality inspection reports, invoices, etc.) are attached with the goods. Please confirm the specific types of documents in advance.
1.Payment of funds
You need to pay the balance according to the settlement method agreed upon at the beginning of the cooperation (such as "advance payment + balance payment", "cash on delivery", etc.). After the balance payment is settled, we will arrange for shipment and complete the entire cooperation process.
2. After-sales service
In the event of non-human-induced quality issues after delivery, after-sales service (such as rework, replacement, etc.) can be initiated as agreed. The specific after-sales policy shall be subject to the cooperation agreement.
