The materials that require your cooperation to prepare

1. Style design drawing

The garment pattern, details (such as the neckline style), size ratio, etc. should be clearly presented to ensure that the design intention is correct.

2. Process Description sheet

Mark special techniques (such as printing and embroidery, water washing, splicing methods, etc.);

3. Material Requirements

Clearly specify the fabric material (such as cotton, silk, etc.), weight, color (color card number can be provided), and the specifications of accessories (such as buttons, trademarks, etc.);

4. Basic parameters

The quantity of customization (minimum order quantity/total number of pieces) and the target budget range facilitate our matching of the optimal production plan.

Step 2: Sample Development and Confirmation (Standard setting)

The design plan was transformed into physical samples. Through repeated optimization, a consensus was reached, and "sample sealing" was determined as the sole standard for mass production.

Key processes

1. Factory pattern making

Based on the design drawings and process sheets you provided, we will produce the first sample garment (focusing on the pattern and basic techniques).

2. Sample adjustment

If you provide any modification suggestions for the initial sample garment (such as adjustments to the width of the pattern or details of the craftsmanship), we will iteratively optimize it until it meets your expectations.

3. Sample sealing confirmation

After the final sample garment is accepted by you on-site or online, you need to sign for confirmation (or issue a written confirmation letter). This "sealed sample" will serve as the sole basis for subsequent bulk production and quality inspection, and neither party may make any unauthorized changes.

Key output

1. 1-2 pieces of "sealed clothes" signed and confirmed by you (you can keep 1 piece and the factory will keep 1 piece for comparison)；

2. The accompanying "Sample Sealing Confirmation Form" (indicating the details of the sample garment and the acceptance criteria, and kept on file by both parties).

Step 3: Mass Production and Quality Inspection (Quality Control)

At YLApparel, we follow the approved sealed sample as the quality reference throughout bulk production. From material sourcing and production scheduling to in-process inspections and final quality control, we use a multi-stage inspection system to ensure that bulk garments remain consistent with the approved sample.

Bulk production system

1. Material Sourcing and Inspection

Fabrics, trims and other garment components are sourced according to the specifications of the approved sample. Before production begins, all materials are checked against the sealed sample and confirmed for consistency in fabric, color, construction and other agreed requirements.

2. Production Planning and Scheduling

We develop a detailed production schedule covering key manufacturing stages, including cutting, sewing, pressing and garment assembly. Clear production milestones help us manage lead times and support on-time delivery for OEM and ODM clothing orders.

3. In-Process Quality Control

We establish multiple quality inspection checkpoints throughout garment production. Depending on the product, inspections may include size and cutting accuracy, sewing workmanship, construction details and garment appearance after pressing.

Non-conforming garments are identified and addressed during production to minimize quality issues before final inspection.

4. Final Garment Inspection

Once bulk production is completed, finished garments undergo final quality inspection based on the approved sealed sample and agreed specifications.

Depending on the requirements of the project, we can conduct 100% inspection or an agreed sampling inspection. The inspection method and sampling ratio are confirmed with the customer in advance to ensure clear and consistent acceptance standards.

Customer quality inspection

1. Mid-Production Inspection

If required, customers can arrange an on-site factory visit or inspection at an agreed location to review semi-finished or partially completed garments.This provides an opportunity to verify production progress, workmanship and quality standards before bulk production is completed.

2. Final Inspection and Acceptance

After our final quality inspection is completed, the customer can conduct final acceptance according to the approved sealed sample and agreed quality requirements.Once the finished garments meet the agreed standards, the inspection qualification or acceptance documentation can be completed.Our structured garment quality control process is designed to provide greater consistency, transparency and reliability throughout bulk apparel manufacturing.

Step 4: Delivery and Settlement (Completion of Cooperation)

Delivery Stage

1. Professional Garment Packaging

We package finished garments according to your requirements, including individual dust-proof bags, reinforced cartons or wooden crates, and customized logistics labels. Proper packaging helps protect garments from damage, moisture and contamination during transportation.

2. Reliable Logistics and On-Time Delivery

We arrange shipment according to the agreed logistics method, including express delivery, dedicated freight services, or full truckload transportation. Tracking information is provided after shipment so you can monitor the delivery status of your custom clothing order.

3. Complete Shipping and Quality Documents

Relevant documents can be provided with the shipment, including delivery notes, packing lists, quality inspection reports and commercial invoices. Required documentation can be confirmed in advance according to your order and shipping requirements.

Payment and Settlement

1. Standardized Payment Process

The payment schedule follows the terms agreed upon at the beginning of the cooperation. Depending on the project, this may include an advance payment followed by the remaining balance before shipment or other mutually agreed settlement arrangements.Once the agreed payment requirements have been completed, we arrange shipment and finalize the garment manufacturing order.

2. After-Sales Support
