The large chemical barrels in the washing factory are used to store special auxiliaries such as enzymes, color fixatives, softeners, and potassium permanganate, serving processes like denim aging, printing color fixation, and fabric softening, ensuring the quality and durability of the washed garments.
The washing process is applicable to fabrics such as denim, pure cotton, knitted fabrics, sweatshirts, T-shirts, and cotton blends. After washing, they become soft and skin-friendly, retain color and are wear-resistant. They can also be made to look old and retro. It is a commonly used process in the post-treatment of clothing.
Specialized industrial washing machine, with large capacity and acid and alkali resistance, can complete the washing, aging and color fixation of ready-made clothes. It operates stably and effectively enhances the fastness of prints and the texture of fabrics.
